For more than six decades, Die Co. has been built on precision, perseverance and people. From its beginnings in a family basement in 1963 to its current eight-building operation serving nearly 250 customers annually, the company’s growth tells a story of craftsmanship and commitment. At the center of that story stands Mike Hawk. After 51 years with Die Co., Mike retired at the end of February 2026, closing a chapter that spans generations.
