Far more than a simple replacement and repair of mechanical parts, this project included many modernizations. We upgraded the original Nedtronic one control system with our newest Nedtronic system, providing intuitive controls and remote support. This upgrade consisted of a Beckhoff PLC, Proface HMI, ABB main motor drive and Pilz safety system. The new control system can be remotely accessed via an EWON modem. All automated adjustments were updated to our newest system featuring Lenze servo motors.
