First Water-Based Sustainable Flow Coatable Threadlocker for High-Speed Automotive Applications

Henkel has added a revolutionary product to its complete range of pre-applied threadlocker patches, introducing the first water-based, flow coatable, pre-applied patch. It is more sustainable than the competitive solvent-based (toluene- based) pre-applied patches, while allowing for high-speed processing. Loctite DRI 2250-W is a medium-to-high-strength threadlocker designed to meet the demands of the automotive industry and other harsh environments. This water-based adhesive/sealant offers exceptional torque augmentation and durability to all automotive fluids. Loctite DRI 2250-W can withstand temperatures in excess of 200°C.
