Simulation interface continuous improvement

Over the past four decades, the DEFORM system has evolved into a complete materials processing and manufacturing simulation system. Process models have become larger and more complex as users chase more accuracy and information. New modeling tools are regularly added to simplify and enhance model set-up (preprocessing) and expand results analysis capabilities (postprocessing). The following article describes a few of the notable interface developments introduced in recent releases of the DEFORM system. The improvements offer tangible benefits to most users, who will enjoy better ease-of-use, added versatility and increased efficiency.
