New 50-Ton CNC Servo-Electric Three Cylinder Die Thread Rolling Machine

Kinefac® introduced its new 50-Ton CNC servo-electric three die thread rolling machine with synchronous three-die actuation in a compact vertical or horizontal rolling axis. The new MC-9 HD CNC KineRoller™ was developed specifically with high-end aerospace and similar precision fasteners in mind. It can accommodate both warm and cold rolling applications.
All three die spindles actuate toward a common centerline in synchronized motion. Each spindle unit is guided on a heavy-duty precision bearing slideway and has independent taper adjustment.
