A ZwickRoell drop weight tester for impact testing with an installation height of approximately 9 m, a weight of significantly more than 10 tons, and a drop energy of 120,000 joules is employed by the Gövert sub-contract testing laboratory in Germany. Tests are performed on various pipe wall specimens on behalf of customers, using one of the largest drop weight testers in the world.
