Fifty Years of Thread Rolling Excellence

This year, Tesker Manufacturing Corporation, Saukville, WI, USA, celebrates 50 years of thread rolling excellence.

Mark Pritzl, General Manager at Tesker, reports, “Throughout those 50 years we have built a reputation for strong, durable, and innovative machines. The very first machines that we built are still in operation. Redesign of All Rolling Machines – Tesker has now completed a redesign of all the company’s machines to feature servo-driven, electro-mechanical actuator on the press axis. This feature allows for high-speed actuation and complete push button control over size adjustments, force control and feed rates. Along with a new precision slide system, these features produce a highly rigid and simple to operate machine. Additionally, the elimination of the machine’s hydraulic system saves energy and maintenance as well as reduces noise.
